Onomea Falls, Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden. I love to photograph this scene. You will find other interpretations in my collection. Most are High Dynamic Range Images (HDR) where multiple exposures are blended together to reveal the detail in the highlights, mid tones, and darks. The HDR method can lend an artistic or surreal look to the image. This image was developed (in Photoshop) from a single shot. I was able to preserve the details in all three brightness ranges without the use of the HDR technique.
I love creating photographic art! My photographic effort has been focused (no pun intended) on trains. Railroad photography developed into an extremely rewarding experience for me.
